DJP and Dfree Novelish collect only the information needed to process registrations and paper submissions (name, email, phone, city, payment reference and proof). This data is used solely for conference administration, verification and communication, and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required for payment verification and publication processing.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment is verified, as they cover review, processing and proceedings costs. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for duplicate payments or technical errors — contact the Registration Team within 7 days of payment.
By registering for ICMRTGI-2026, participants agree to submit accurate information, comply with the conference's academic and plagiarism policies, and abide by session guidelines. DJP reserves the right to reject submissions that violate these terms.
Authors retain copyright of their original work but grant DJP a license to publish accepted papers in the ISBN-indexed proceedings and, where applicable, to forward manuscripts to partner journals as part of the publication process. A signed copyright form is required at submission.
